Prestige Sparkle Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including:
- End of lease cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Construction cleaning
- Strata cleaning
Service details will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the client
- Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was initially described
- Additional services may incur extra charges
3. Bookings
- Bookings must be confirmed in advance
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before service
- Payment may be required upon completion unless otherwise arranged
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
6. Access to Property
- Clients must provide safe and adequate access to the property
- If access is not available, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply

- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
- Remove personal valuables where possible
8. Satisfaction & Complaints
- If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours
- We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns
9. Liability
- We take care in delivering services but are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Wear and tear
- Items not disclosed prior to service
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
10. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if:
- The environment is unsafe
- There are hazards or risks to our team
11. Changes to Terms
